Communications within the Association

Your Association communicating with Association members:

Perhaps on average 6 times a year, it’s necessary for your Association to communicate with you.  While we have street addresses for all residents, the use of hardcopy mail is expensive and slow.  Hardcopy mail requires copying costs, envelope costs, manually intensive envelope stuffing and stamping, and first class postage charges - all of which is paid out of our limited Association funds.  Also, the delay from when a communication is composed until the hardcopy reaches your door is usually one to two weeks.

To minimize distribution costs, speed the delivery of information to you, and reduce the workload of your volunteer board of directors, please provide your Association with an email address, if possible.  We assure you we will respect your privacy, will use the address only for Association business, and will not provide the address to anyone outside the Association’s board of directors.

Communications among Association members:

To facilitate communications with your neighbors, the Association periodically produces a roster of our members’ names, US mail addresses, lot numbers, and telephone numbers.  This roster is mailed in hardcopy format to our Association’s members.  We request all members respect the privacy of your neighbors and not use this list for any commercial purpose or other purpose not intended by the Association.  Please do not make this list available to anyone outside our Association.

Association members communicating with your Association:

After each annual meeting when a new board of directors is elected, all Association members will be sent a list of the Association directors, along with their individual responsibilities, addresses and phone numbers for use by our Association members in communicating with Association directors directly.
