Association approval:

As described in our Association's Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), Article VI (in part):
"No building, fence, wall, or other structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained upon the Properties, nor shall any exterior addition to or change or alteration therein be made until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, and location of the same shall have been submitted to and approved in writing as to harmony of external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography by the Board of Directors of the Association, or by an architectural committee composed of three (3) or more representatives appointed by the Board."

Information on building restrictions within the subdivision is provided in the CC&Rs.

For architectural approval, please read the ARC form instructions and then submit the Request for Architectural Review Form to the Architectural Review Committee.


County approval:

In addition to gaining the required approval from the Association, the applicant shall conform in all respects to CR-1 zoning ordinances of Pima County, Arizona, and comply with all applicable Pima County Development Services' building codes and requirements.
